Moving onto Senior School and thank goodness there is no photographic evidence of my first 2 years there, as I did have a particular penchant for crisps and chocolate and at the age of 13 I looked like a cross between, Jabba the Hut and Giant Haystacks.
Fortunately, as the years went by I lost the weight and am now a “Lean Mean Fighting Machine”.
There will be no photos of me on the website of my finely toned body due to the fact I am a regular in Heat magazine as their “Torso Of The Week”, or was that “Fossil Of The Week?”.
Thankfully my Billy Bunter days did not last for very long and my first taste of performing was at the school’s Fashion Shows, which were put on yearly by a fabulous lady called Joy Furley.
I gradually did more and more each year, modelling some very glamorous outfits as you can see from the pictures.
Please remember it was the 1970’s and satin trousers and black leotard tops were all the rage!
